Meet the Owner & Founder

Connor Canzone

Connor Canzone founded Canzone Insurance & Risk Management after spending a decade in the industry and being mentored by his father, who taught him that true success is rooted in integrity and service to others. His Christian faith shapes not just his values, but how he approaches every relationship and decision—striving always to treat others with honesty, compassion, and respect.

For Connor, this agency is more than a business; it’s an extension of who he is and what he believes in. He is passionate about helping business owners protect the legacies they’re building, and believes the real heart of insurance is the trust and care behind every policy—not just the paperwork.

Everything at Canzone Insurance is guided by four core values: Integrity, Expertise, Dedication, and Innovation—with integrity as the foundation. Connor’s goal is for every client to feel not just protected, but truly known and supported.

The biggest blessing in Connor’s life is his wife, Kellie. High school sweethearts, Kellie’s encouragement and belief in him have been at the heart of every big step he’s taken—including starting this agency. She is his greatest supporter, partner, and the “why” behind so much of what he does.

Outside the office, Connor and Kellie enjoy spending time together or being out on the golf course, embracing the simple joys of life and community. He is grateful for every opportunity to serve and connect with others and welcomes anyone to reach out—whether for guidance, support, or just a conversation.
